Performance Marketer (Hands-On | Growth Engine | JobReady)

About the Role

JobReady is building the world’s largest Performance Coach ecosystem and AI-powered workforce readiness platform. We’re looking for a full-stack, hands-on performance marketer who can own our entire lead generation engine across trainers, L&D heads, and enterprises.

This is not a “campaign manager” role. This is a builder role. You will architect funnels, run paid ads, set up tracking, optimize conversion, and turn our GTM into a predictable acquisition machine.

What You Will Own

• Full-funnel growth: Ads → Landing Pages → Leads → CRM → Activation

• Paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Search/Display, YouTube

• Funnel building in Builder.io/Framer/Webflow

• Audience building, retargeting, and lookalike engines

• Campaign analytics, attribution, and reporting

• UTM strategy, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Pixels

• Lead routing automation into Bitrix24

• WhatsApp + email funnel automation

• Daily experimentation: creatives, angles, offers, landing pages

• Scaling what works and killing what doesn’t

Must-Have Skills

• 3–6 years in performance marketing with deep hands-on execution

• Proven success running LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads + Google Ads

• Built funnels end-to-end for B2B/B2C SaaS or training/coaching brands

• Comfortable building pages on Builder.io/Webflow/Framer

• Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics

• Strong understanding of creative hooks, copy angles, and behavioral triggers

• Ability to optimize for Trainer acquisition + L&D enterprise conversion

• Familiarity with Bitrix24 CRM or similar CRMs

• Experience with WhatsApp automation tools (WATI, Kommo, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI tools for creatives

• Experience running webinar funnels

• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (Zapier, n8n)

• Understanding of India’s training ecosystem (big plus)
