Biomedical Engineer - Full time

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad for a Biomedical Engineer responsible for product development, manufacturing testing, and ensuring the safety and functionality of biomedical devices in compliance with Medical Device Regulations. The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, supporting clinical operations with technical expertise, and ensuring the reliability of medical equipment through maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Additionally, the position includes responsibilities for research and development, design, and troubleshooting of hardware components and systems for both existing products and new innovations. The engineer will focus on hardware architecture, circuit design, and optimizing the performance of wearable hardware and edge computing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous product improvement are key to maintaining high quality and reliability of the company's products.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher in Biomedical Engineering or related field or Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrument and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

We are looking for engineer who have

• Worked as Internship or fulltime of Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering in Hospital or Medical Device Industry
• Ability to ensure the functionality and safety of medical devices in compliance with Medical Device Regulations.
• Experience in implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs for medical equipment.
• Skilled in supporting clinical operations with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
• Capable of maintaining and calibrating medical equipment to meet performance standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling medical equipment, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in product development and manufacturing testing of biomedical devices.
• 
  
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad with up to 20% field travel per month.
• Familiarity with advances in motion capture technology is a plus.
