Biological E Limited is hiring for Manager / Sr. Manager for SHE Department (Safety Health & Environment & Sustainability)

We are looking for an experienced SHE & Sustainability lead to strengthen our safety culture, ensure regulatory excellence, and drive high-impact environmental initiatives.

Key Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of
Indian & State Safety, Health & Environment laws
Hands-on experience with
ISO 14001, ISO 45001
implementation & audits
Proven ability to lead
safety inspections, compliance audits
, and
incident investigations
Expertise in
ETP/STP management
, waste handling, and PCB compliance
Capability to develop sustainability programs
energy efficiency, water conservation, pollution control, recycling, carbon reduction
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to mentor teams and embed a culture of safety & sustainability

Qualifications

B-Tech
(Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental)
Diploma in Industrial Safety
(Govt. of India / State Govt. recognized)-
Mandatory
Experience:
1012 years in SHE / Sustainability roles

Preferred Certifications

GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)
Lead Auditor
for: OHSAS 45001, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001
