Product Manager Neogyn Marketing Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Department: Neogyn Marketing | Division: Neogyn (GYN PEAD EXP) Qualification: B. Pharmacy + MBA (Marketing) Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing About the Role: Biological E. Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Neogyn Division . This role is critical in driving brand growth, ensuring market competitiveness, and delivering impactful marketing strategies for Gynaecology and Paediatric portfolio products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire product lifecycle from strategy, launch, to performance analysis. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts , revenue projections, and marketing budgets. Develop and execute strategic brand plans and support cross-functional execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, regulatory, medical affairs, etc.) for brand success. Utilize consumer insights and field feedback to shape marketing initiatives. Track inventory flow and sales data , ensuring accurate product availability. Monitor industry updates, regulatory changes, and drive new product development opportunities. Analyze campaign effectiveness using Power BI, Excel dashboards , and suggest improvements. Candidate Profile: Strong background in Pharma Marketing , with proven experience in brand management . Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel , and tools like Power BI . Understanding of digital marketing trends and their application in pharma. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
