Capable to establish communications of relays with goose, IEC 61850, Modbus and ethernet switches during client inspections. 5. Capable to do programming of I/O modules and RTU modules. 6. Capable to do programming of Ethernet switches, Transducers etc. 7. Capable to create correct programming IEC station files with provide IP address, signal lists and other necessary requirements in communication. 8. Should have knowledge about software, relay drivers for programming of various relays as per requirements. 9. Responsible for closure of site complaints due to incorrect programming issues. 10. Should demonstrate client inspections with performing all relay testing with required relay testing kits. B] Test Field Activities: 1. Performing routine testing of MV Panels as per relevant IEC & IS standard and customer requirement in order to ensure the best quality product. 2. Trouble shooting and solving the issues during routine testing of panels. 3. Providing feedback to concerned execution engineer regarding drawing related issues. 4. Good knowledge of EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing. C] Customer Inspection: 1. Ensure readiness of the Panels before customer inspections 2. Submission of compliance and incorporation of necessary changes suggested by customer during inspection and ensuring the same in the Panel before dispatch. 3. Preparation and submission of inspection reports, MOM, Panel test reports, RTCs to the customer in addition with calibration report, bought out component TCs etc D] Skills 1. Good business communication skills, 2. Knowledge of Windows Office software like word, excel, ppt etc., 3. Basic understanding required about EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing. Qualification : Degree Electrical/Electronic Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience.

Your new role challenging and future-oriented The main areas of role and responsibilities, including the competencies that are particularly important to fulfill the role will be as under and assist the management in fulfillment of the legal requirements and implementation of EHS management system at Steam/Gas Turbine, Gas Compressors service, new machine installation/commissioning and O&M sites. Support field service operations team, Contractors and Customers to foster zero harm culture and ensure compliance to EHS requirements at project sites. EHS Planning of service outage with the Supply Chain and Field service Manager. Support the Field service team in initial site EHS set up including site kick off meetings, inspection of tools, tackles, equipment and other EHS processes. Preparation and periodic review of site EHS Plan, Method statement, risk assessment, procedures at outage sites, CAPA rolled out by the back office. Contractor EHS management support the SCM and field service teams in Contractor EHS qualification checks, performance evaluations, improvement roadmaps, engagements, monitoring and reviews. Hand hold Contractors and Customer for developing Zero Harm Culture and further improvements. Conduct training for field service employees and Contractors at sites. Support site lead/in charge to achieve the EHS objectives, targets and management programmes. Incident reporting, investigation and analysis. Track compliance of actions. Compiling and communication of EHS MIS as per the set frequency. Conduct site EHS audits/ risk assessments as per the audit plan. Suggest resources and solutions for improvements. Interface with Customer and other interested parties related to the Business operations. We dont need superheroes, just super minds Professional qualifications: Diploma/Advance diploma in industrial safety or B-Tech/ M-Tech in Safety. NEBOSH IGC will be an added advantage. Basic qualifications: Degree/Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Science Graduate. Work experience at Industrial Steam/Gas Turbine installation, commissioning, servicing & maintenance at least for 3 to 5 years. At least 2 to 3 years as independent site EHS in-charge.Have completed at least two service sites successfully. Experience in working at Power Plant will be an added advantage. Experience of handling multiple project sites as an EHS coordinator. Detailed knowledge of all maintenance requirements pertaining to EHS. Able to independently conduct EHS planning, EHS audits, EHS Training, Hazard Identification Risk Assessment, reporting and Contractor evaluation.
