Who We Are Looking For

BIM Specialist


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of BIM modeling and documentation tasks.
  • Allocate work effectively across the team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Validate model and drawing accuracy as per client standards, project workflows, and checklists.
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Regularly update the BIM Lead / Manager on project status, challenges, and improvements.
  • Conduct quality checks, audits, and reviews of 3D models and project deliverables.
  • Prepare RFIs / clarifications, perform quantity take-offs, and support 4D scheduling.
  • Participate in value engineering processes to optimize design and cost.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure full compliance with project and company standards.
  • Drive the development and upskilling of team members through mentoring and feedback.
  • Manage and optimize resource utilization across a team of at least 10 members.

    • What It Takes

    • Software Proficiency:

      Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks (additional tools are a plus)

    • Experience:

      2–3 years of relevant BIM production and coordination experience

    • Technical Acumen:

      Strong skills in modeling, drawing generation, scheduling, and coordination

    • Soft Skills:

      Excellent communication, active listening, adaptability, and integrity

    • Mindset:

      Ownership-driven, quality-focused, and open to continuous change and improvement
