Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The BIM Manager will oversee Building Information Modeling projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination and virtual design integration. Tasks include managing BIM workflows, facilitating collaboration across teams, and providing leadership in architecture and MEP-related modeling processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Strong skills in Virtual Design and Architectural modeling
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with industry standards and cutting-edge BIM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and large-scale projects is a plus
