BIM Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee BIM implementation across our ongoing and upcoming projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the BIM team, ensuring model accuracy, and maintaining high standards of project delivery through effective digital coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BIM Engineers, Coordinators, and Modelers.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams (Architecture, Structure, and MEP).
• Oversee model review, clash detection, and quality control using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Train team members and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless BIM integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in BIM, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or coordination role.
• Strong command over Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / ACC.
• In-depth understanding of LOD, BEP, and BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Construction or Project Management.
• Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager, or BRE BIM Level 2.
• Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM, Dynamo scripting, or Scan-to-BIM workflows.
