Dharam Consulting is a certified MBE/DBE Construction Cost and Risk Consultancy with 13 offices across the country. We provide advisory services to leading architects, engineers, developers, and owners on major construction projects across various sectors. Specializing in pre- and post-contract construction services, our expertise includes cost and risk analysis, scheduling, logistics, and procurement advice. By leveraging project benchmarking, data analytics, and market insights, we empower clients and design teams to efficiently plan, monitor, and manage construction costs throughout all project phases.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Engineer, based in Noida, Pune, Mohali with some work-from-home flexibility. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support construction planning and execution processes. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with design and engineering teams, providing technical support for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, and ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software
Strong knowledge of developing and reviewing Construction Drawings
Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse multidisciplinary teams
Relevant certification or training in BIM technology is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
