Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CostX Specialist located in Delhi, India. The CostX Specialist will be responsible for various tasks, including cost estimation, conducting risk analysis, scheduling, and providing procurement advice. The role involves project benchmarking, data analytics, and creating detailed market reports. The individual will be expected to assist clients and design teams in efficiently planning, monitoring, and managing construction costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, cost analysis, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in scheduling, logistics, and procurement processes
• Strong skills in data analytics, project benchmarking, and market reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and design teams
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in CostX software is a plus
