Located in Madurai, our strategic approach ensures adaptability in the rapidly evolving construction landscape. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Engineer role based in Madurai. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for various construction projects. Daily tasks include developing, coordinating, and reviewing design and construction drawings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams such as architects and engineers, and implementing MEP systems into BIM workflows. Ensuring compliance with project specifications and delivering high-quality, efficient designs within project timelines are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques. Experience with Construction Drawings, including preparation and review. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the construction environment. Understanding of Architectural and Civil Engineering principles as they apply to BIM processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Prior experience with BIM in a construction or engineering environment is a plus.
