Billing Support Executive

• Need to support client’s finance team overseas for monthly/weekly reports and data for billing. Monthly audits of financial data according to the client’s requirement. Technical calculations and pricing audit of data
• Invoice/Addendums Creation/Audit
• Billing report generation through finance platforms
• Finance/Operation calculations for billing
• Account Receivable report audit
• Rate cards/ pricing audits

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.com preferred)

• Good communication skills – written and verbal.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
• Client communication skills, including verbal, email writing.
• Microsoft Windows O/S's (95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista, and W7)
• Need a person to be aware of different file types like .doc, .xls, xml etc.
• Basic knowledge of Macros, VB scripts and databases will add an advantage for the candidate.
• Awareness about different features/tools in excel Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot table, and developer option), word, ppt and how to use them.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
