Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Manager to oversee and manage all billing operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of billing processes, GST compliance, client coordination, and ERP systems commonly used in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the end-to-end billing process for all customers.
• Generate and verify GST-compliant invoices in coordination with sales and dispatch teams.
• Monitor and track receivables, ensuring timely follow-up with clients for payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Sales, and Logistics for accurate billing data.
• Maintain accurate records of all invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment receipts.
• Reconcile billing accounts with accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit billing-related MIS reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and company policies.
• Manage billing entries in the accounting/ERP software (Tally, SAP, etc.).
• Handle customer queries related to invoices and resolve disputes promptly.
• Supervise the billing team and allocate tasks as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a small team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience in handling plant-based or multi-location billing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
