• Oversee Billing Operations:Manage the entire billing cycle, from invoice generation to payment collection.
• Team Management:Lead and supervise the billing team, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness:Verify that invoices are accurate and sent out promptly to clients and customers.
• Accounts Receivable Management:Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and maintain good cash flow for the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all billing processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Process Improvement:Develop and implement strategies to streamline billing operations and improve efficiency.
• Problem Resolution:Address and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer issues effectively.
• Reporting and Analysis:Generate reports, analyze billing data, and provide forecasts related to revenue.
• Interdepartmental Communication:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance) to resolve issues and ensure cohesive operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
