Job Summary:

The Billing Head will oversee and manage the overall billing operations of the hospital, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all billing activities. This role is responsible for supervising billing staff, coordinating with various departments, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring timely submission and collection of bills (including cash, credit, and insurance cases).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Hospital Administration.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in hospital billing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of TPA / Govt. panel billing, insurance claims, and healthcare billing systems.
• Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume billing operations.
