This role manages the billing team, coordinates with various departments, ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and works to maximize revenue efficiency and minimize billing errors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day billing operations across departments.
Ensure accuracy in patient, client, or customer billing and invoice generation.
Review billing data for completeness and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Develop and implement billing policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.
Coordinate with departments (such as finance, operations, and customer service) to resolve billing discrepancies.
