We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining client accounts. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate billing information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain and update billing records and client accounts.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits.
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
