Billing Executive
Jobs Description: -
Needed billing executive, for Nariman Point
Basic Function: -
· Tally ERP knowledge is must
· Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
· Well versed with the entire accounting concept.
· Creating and Sending invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
· Handling customer queries and resolving billing issues.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
· Verify and Punching Orders received on WhatsApp or over the phone
· Updating Excel Sheets – Trackers, Reports etc.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Should be comfortable in English, Hindi & Marathi.
· Emailing & whatsapp communication for bills
Salary – 2.0L to 2.4L per Annum
Industry – Pipes & fittings, construction materials.
Desired candidate profile: -
Education - Any Graduation required
Knowledge of Tally 9, MS office, MS excel is mandatory
Gender – Male/Female
Experience -1 to 3 years
Age - up to 35 years
Location – 85/88B Jolly Maker, Chamber No. II, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021.
Hours – 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
