Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Analyze data trends to support business strategy and performance tracking.
  • Prepare dashboards using tools like Advance Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide required data and reports.
  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
  • Experience in data entry, data cleaning, and data management.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL/MySQL) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
