Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders and generate delivery challans/invoices using Tally software.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to schedule and track deliveries.
Verify product availability and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare and maintain records for all deliveries and related documentation.
Assist in managing stock entries, goods return entries, and payment follow-ups in Tally.
Provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
Ensure all dispatch documents (invoices, challans, gate pass, etc.) are accurately maintained.
Perform basic follow-ups on pending orders and outstanding payments.
Maintain proper filing of delivery documents and order records.

Requirements:

Proven experience in order processing or delivery coordination.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST, and stock/inventory management.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with MS Excel and email communication is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

Any Bachelors Degree.
Tally Certification (preferred).
