Job Title: JR. Engineer Procurement Department: Procurement Procurement of material as per the requirement of all the departments : Understand project requirements from all verticals. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in accordance with project needs and quality standards. Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Monitoring PR (Purchase Request) Status : Track and update the status of all PRs across multiple projects. Ensure timely conversion of PRs to POs . Coordinate with the department who have raised PR for material requirement clarity. Vendor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and service. Resolve supplier issues and delivery delays promptly. Make a daily plan for the purchase of materials Planning of daily purchase of material and sharing the status of the same. Handling of driver and also petty cash for transportation and for small purchases of material. Doing a daily visit to the store Timely submission of invoice to the accounts department and payment follow-ups as per payment terms.
