Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Verify and process billing data accurately.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and resolve disputes professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Prepare billing reports and assist in financial reconciliation.
Process refunds, credits, and adjustments as needed.
Work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) for financial transactions.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial audits related to billing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills for client and internal interactions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,220.40 - ₹28,299.45 per month
