Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Billing Executive with strong knowledge of Tally to handle billing, invoicing, and related accounting activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with sales and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare sales invoices, tax invoices, and delivery challans.
• Generate invoices in Tally ERP as per GST rules.
• Verify pricing, quantity, taxes, and discounts before billing.
• Handle credit notes, debit notes, and invoice revisions if required.

Tally & Accounting Support

• Maintain customer, item, and ledger masters in Tally.
• Record sales entries and update billing data accurately.
• Assist in accounts receivable tracking and payment follow-ups.
• Support GST data preparation related to sales invoices.

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper billing records and files.
• Coordinate with sales, stores, and dispatch teams for billing and delivery details.
• Respond to customer queries related to invoices and billing issues.

Compliance & Accuracy

• Ensure all billing complies with GST and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Assist during audits if required.

Qualifications & Skills:Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant qualification.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as a Billing Executive or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial billing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory: Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Personal Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible and well-organized.
