*Responsibilities:-*
1. Manage the complete billing process efficiently.
2. Attend incoming calls from customers/clients.
3. Take orders from customers over phone.
4. Make outbound calls to hospitals for new orders.
5. Prepare invoices/bills accurately.
6. Place fresh purchase orders for medicines.
7. Maintain and file purchase orders.
8. Organize and maintain purchase copy files.
9. Provide stock and sales reports to company personnel.
10. Handle claim-related tasks, including filing and old purchase printouts.
11. Coordinate with the Billing Supervisor/Manager.
12. Highlight any billing-related issues in a timely manner to the concerned authorities.
13. MUST have experience in E-way Bill, E-invoicing, Tally, and MS Excel.
