Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for cutting tool selection and application. Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and customer training. Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and tool life. Collaborate with sales and design teams to deliver tailored solutions. Troubleshoot on-site machining issues and recommend improvements. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by visiting clients regularly. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in cutting tools. Strong knowledge of VMC/HMC machines and carbide tooling. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites.
