Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process project bills and invoices as per contractual terms.
Measure and certify the work completed at project sites.
Track project expenses and ensure cost control within the approved budget.
Prepare cost sheets, reconciliation statements, and Running Account (RA) bills.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for smooth billing operations.
Maintain accurate records of measurements, billing documents, and related correspondence.
Resolve billing discrepancies, variations, and disputes in coordination with stakeholders.
Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals and payments.
Support in budget forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Work with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for billing and project data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction/real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, estimation, and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
