Billing Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in civil construction projects, responsible for preparing and managing all billing-related activities. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of project execution, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and billing software. This role demands accuracy, coordination, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per executed work on-site Review and verify contractor/vendor invoices against BOQ and work orders Quantity take-offs from GFC/As-built drawings and site measurements Maintain and update BOQ, rate analysis, and billing documentation Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and accounts team for smooth billing flow Monitor project costs, deviations, and prepare monthly billing reports Support in raising RFI/Work Certifications and coordinating for approvals Ensure compliance with contract terms, GST, tax components, and other commercial conditions Use tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/ERP software for documentation and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project billing workflows Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (like Tally ERP, Buildsmart, etc.) Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good documentation skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams Why Join Us?
