Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goa, India, for a Senior Site Engineer. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee the daily operations at the construction site, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage project schedules, and coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, resolving technical issues, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires effective communication with team members and the ability to lead and motivate the site workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, including site supervision and project management
• Technical skills in construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects
