Billing Engineer

Qualification & Experience

• Education: B.Tech /Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 6–7 years in quantity surveying, billing, and cost control
• Tools Expertise: MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD,

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

1. Bill Preparation & Submission

• Prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, RA bills, and final bills from site data/drawings.
• KRA Metric: 100% accuracy in bill preparation; timely submission within contractual deadlines.

3. Material Reconciliation

• Track consumption of steel, cement, and other materials.
• KRA Metric: Monthly reconciliation reports submitted; ≤ 2% variance in material usage.

4. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project expenses and ensure billing aligns with approved budgets.
• KRA Metric: Maintain cost deviation within ±5% of budgeted values.

5. Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of billing transactions, approvals, and financial reports.
• KRA Metric: 100% compliance with documentation standards; audit-ready records at all times.

6. Coordination

• Liaise with site engineers, PMs, and clients for approvals and discrepancy resolution.
• KRA Metric: Resolution of billing queries within 7 working days; positive client feedback.

7. Extra Items & Rate Analysis

• Identify extra items and prepare rate analysis with supporting documentation.

8. Payment Follow-up

• Coordinate with client accounts for timely recovery of payments.
• KRA Metric: 95% of payments recovered within contractual timelines; minimal outstanding dues. The interested candidate are required to send resume through email at hr@nirvanalandscapes.com
