Billing Engineer (Electrical)

• Perform 

  quantity take-offs

   by analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs
• Prepare and submit 

  RA/Progress bills

   aligned with site execution
• Verify 

  contractor/sub-contractor bills

   with technical and financial accuracy
• Conduct 

  material consumption tracking & reconciliation

   vs. theoretical usage
• Identify 

  extra / non-schedule items

   and prepare competitive rate analysis
• Maintain complete billing documentation: measurement sheets, logs & reports
• Conduct 

  site inspections

   for measurement validation
• Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals
• Provide 

  monthly reports

   on billing progress, cost utilization & variances

• Degree/Diploma in 

  Electrical Engineering

   or relevant field
• Minimum 

  2 years

   experience in billing for electrical works
• Strong understanding of 

  BOQ, RA Bills & construction billing standards

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings & technical specs

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement/billing software

• Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination abilities

• Knowledge of 

  material standards & IS codes

• Hands-on experience with site measurement & audits

• Familiarity with cost control & estimation

   practices
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
