You will be responsible for BOQ interpretation, RA billing, contractor bill verification, material reconciliation, and progress reporting — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely clearances. Responsibilities Perform quantity take-offs by analyzing electrical drawings & BOQs Prepare and submit RA/Progress bills aligned with site execution Verify contractor/sub-contractor bills with technical and financial accuracy Conduct material consumption tracking & reconciliation vs. theoretical usage Identify extra / non-schedule items and prepare competitive rate analysis Maintain complete billing documentation: measurement sheets, logs & reports Conduct site inspections for measurement validation Coordinate with site execution teams, clients & accounts for bill approvals Provide monthly reports on billing progress, cost utilization & variances What You’ll Need Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field Minimum 2 years experience in billing for electrical works Strong understanding of BOQ, RA Bills & construction billing standards Ability to interpret electrical drawings & technical specs Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement/billing software Strong documentation, tracking, and coordination abilities Preferred Skills Knowledge of material standards & IS codes Hands-on experience with site measurement & audits Familiarity with cost control & estimation practices Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
