Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Associate located in Coimbatore. The Billing Associate will manage the end-to-end billing process, ensure accuracy in invoicing, and maintain financial records.

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate, submit, and send client invoices and invoice adjustments with high accuracy and timeliness
Ensure complete and accurate backup documentation before invoice submission
Maintain and update billing records to support accurate invoicing
Support invoice submissions across multiple client portals.
Respond to internal and external billing queries in a professional and timely manner
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies raised by clients or internal stakeholders
Generate billing reports and analytics to support financial planning and performance tracking
Support additional billing or administrative responsibilities as assigned by the team/manager

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a billing or finance role (billing experience is a strong plus)
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation
Proficiency in relevant billing software and tools is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
