Roles and responsibilities Vendor Management: Research, identify, and onboard reliable suppliers. Maintain a database of approved vendors and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery time, and pricing. Purchase Order (PO) Execution: Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Ensure all documentation is accurate and tracked through the entire lifecycle. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify the receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased materials meet industry standards and internal quality specifications. Handle returns or claims for defective materials. Additional Tasks: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve procurement issues, maintain records, and support overall purchasing activities. What We’re Looking For Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) Ability to deal with complex contexts, efficiently planning material availability and capacities Strong organizational skills and demonstrates ownership High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously. 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Associate located in Coimbatore. The Billing Associate will manage the end-to-end billing process, ensure accuracy in invoicing, and maintain financial records. Roles and Responsibilities Generate, submit, and send client invoices and invoice adjustments with high accuracy and timeliness Ensure complete and accurate backup documentation before invoice submission Maintain and update billing records to support accurate invoicing Support invoice submissions across multiple client portals. Respond to internal and external billing queries in a professional and timely manner Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies raised by clients or internal stakeholders Generate billing reports and analytics to support financial planning and performance tracking Support additional billing or administrative responsibilities as assigned by the team/manager What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a billing or finance role (billing experience is a strong plus) Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis) Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation Proficiency in relevant billing software and tools is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
