Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly billing reconciliation and invoice generation.
Coordinate with Operations, Account Management, and Finance teams for smooth billing operations.
Support month-end close activities and revenue estimation.
Review and validate employee expense reports.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
Assist in ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
1+ year of experience in billing (OTC) and expense reporting.
Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; macros preferred).
Detail-oriented, organized, and a good communicator.
Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, or SQL is a plus.
