Job Description

Your role

Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3) with strong English bilingual communication skills.

6 months to 9 years in bilingual roles; freshers with Japanese language certification are welcome.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Cloud), OS (Windows/Linux), and tools like ITIL, ServiceNow is an advantage.

Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts for operations.

Your profile

Manage and monitor IT infrastructure in a 24x7 environment ensuring uptime and performance.

Provide operational support and resolve incidents promptly following ITIL/ITSM processes.

Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams for smooth service delivery.

Work on servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware, IT infrastructure), and middleware tools as per project needs.

Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
