Position: Sr. Tender Executive

Location- Mahabalipuram, Thalambur, Chennai

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission
• Preparing & submitting government/corporate tenders.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation
• Strong GEM portal knowledge and documentation accuracy
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information
• Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries
• Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions
• Monitor tender performance and implement improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in tender management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
