Job Title: IT Infrastructure Bid Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Bid Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for IT infrastructure projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. They will lead cross-functional teams to ensure bids are aligned with client needs, competitive, and meet all requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate IT infrastructure project opportunities.
• Develop winning bid strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Analyze RFPs, assess feasibility, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams (technical, financial, legal, etc.) to develop compelling proposals.
• Coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.
• Engage with clients throughout the bid process, including presentations and negotiations.
• Track bid performance (win rates, volumes) and implement process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 15year Total experience and min 5+ years in bid management or similar roles, preferably in the IT infrastructure Products and Services
• Bachelor's Engineering degree MBA / MCA in IT, Electronics, Computer Science.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies (e.g., Server, Storage, SAN, Networking, Security Appliances, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Managed Services, AMC Services etc)
• Experience with bid management software and tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling multiple OEM Products and Solutions and OEM connect.
