BI Developer

Job Title: Senior Associate – BI Developer (MicroStrategy/Tableau + SQL) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Associate – BI Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy (or Tableau), excellent SQL skills, and hands-on experience in Data Warehousing environments . The ideal candidate will have mandatory experience with MicroStrategy Dossier . If not available, candidates with strong Tableau experience and exposure to MicroStrategy will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using MicroStrategy (Dossier is a must) or Tableau . Write complex SQL queries for data analysis, extraction, and transformation across large datasets. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions. Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards. Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Ensure data integrity and performance tuning in data models and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and BI tool performance problems. Follow best practices for data visualization, security, and scalability. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Strong expertise in MicroStrategy , with mandatory experience in MicroStrategy Dossier . Alternatively, strong Tableau experience with SQL and some exposure to MicroStrategy . Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and experience working in DW environments. Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with performance tuning and optimization in BI tools. Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies is a plus. Exposure to cloud-based BI/data platforms is desirable. Work Location: Hyderabad Show more Show less
