Key Responsibilities
• Understand, maintain, and improve existing dashboards
• Fix data issues and implement new reporting where required
• Support ongoing dashboard improvements and business reporting needs
• Troubleshoot issues independently
• Strengthen internal BI capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong SQL proficiency ability to write complex queries and work with large
datasets
• Experience with at least one BI platform – e.g., Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power
BI
• Ability to understand and fix existing dashboards (e.g., broken metrics, visual
issues, incorrect filters)
• Strong Excel skills – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand and interpret data structures
• Clear communication and ability to document work for technical and non-
technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Superset
• Familiarity with data modeling principles
• Exposure to Python or scripting for automation
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Experience pulling/pushing data using APIs
• Understanding of cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
• Good experience building data warehouses
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics,
Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• A Master’s degree or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or
related fields is a plus
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, BI tools, or reporting
functions.
