• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and handle complex data structures.
• Familiarity with data storage systems (e.g., relational databases, data lakes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What you'll be doing:

• Data Collection & Cleaning:

  Gather, clean, and validate data from a variety of sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Prepare data for analysis by identifying and resolving issues such as missing or incorrect information.

• Data Analysis & Interpretation:

  Perform statistical analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to drive business decisions.

• Reporting & Visualization:

  Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to translate complex data into easily understandable formats.

• Collaborating with Stakeholders:

  Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, product, etc.) to understand their data needs. Provide analytical support to departments to inform strategy and optimize operations.

• Trend Analysis & Forecasting:

  Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns that can inform future business strategy. Develop forecasts and predictive models to help guide business decisions.

• Performance Metrics:

  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics, and assess how these contribute to the organizations overall goals. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on data-driven insights and performance.

• Process Improvement & Automation:

  Identify areas where data processes can be improved or automated to increase efficiency. Suggest and implement improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Data Governance & Compliance:

  Ensure that data collection and analysis practices comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Maintain data privacy and confidentiality while working with sensitive information.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis. Continuously improve your skills and apply best practices in data analytics to enhance your work.
