Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – BGauss Electric Scooters

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our BGauss electric scooter dealership. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand image of BGauss.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Target Achievement

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales of BGauss scooters ( RUV350, C12i, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and finance.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all walk-ins, online leads, and enquiries.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives and tie-ups to boost footfall and leads.

Team Supervision & Motivation

  • Lead a team of showroom executives, telecallers, and delivery coordinators.
  • Conduct daily sales huddles, reviews, and skill training sessions.
  • Set clear KRAs and track individual performance.

Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure each customer receives a premium showroom experience in line with BGauss standards.
  • Handle escalations, maintain a high NPS (Net Promoter Score), and ensure prompt resolution of post-sales issues.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and referrals through engagement and service.

Operations & Inventory

  • Maintain accurate inventory of scooters, demo vehicles, display units, and accessories.
  • Ensure the showroom layout, test rides, branding, and hygiene meet OEM guidelines.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with BGauss area managers and HO teams for promotions, schemes, and reporting.
  • Submit daily MIS reports on enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
  • Work with service and finance teams to offer bundled solutions (insurance, finance, AMC).

  • Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp business, Google Sheets/Excel

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–7 years in automobile sales (2-wheeler EV sales preferred)
  • Experience with premium brand sales or EV category is a plus
