Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales advisors to promote electric scooters (BGauss brand), assist walk-in customers, and handle inbound/outbound calls to boost inquiries and conversions. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers switch to electric mobility. Key Responsibilities In-Showroom Sales Greet and guide walk-in customers at the showroom. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and finance options. Offer test rides and collect feedback. Close sales deals and maintain customer relationships. Assist with vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up. Telecalling & Lead Management Call potential customers from leads database. Explain offers, features, and showroom location over the phone. Handle customer inquiries, schedule showroom visits or test rides. Maintain daily call logs and lead tracker reports. Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree. Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and digital tools. Interest in automobiles or electric vehicles is a bonus. Preferred Experience in two-wheeler or showroom sales is a plus.
