Sales Advisor

Smart Click IT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team in Irinjalakuda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for IT products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
• Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications.

• Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Any stream)
• Prior experience in sales or IT sales is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computers, software, Phones or IT services preferred
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
