Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for BFSI clients on banking products, processes, and regulations.
Conduct needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop customized solutions to address them.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for various formats such as classroom sessions, e-learning modules, or online webinars.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement.
