Job Description

As a Training Program Developer in the BFSI sector, your responsibilities will include collaborating with subject matter experts in Sales & Customer Service to identify training needs for various job roles. You will design and develop comprehensive training programs that adhere to industry standards and regulations. Creating engaging training materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate effective learning will be a key part of your role. In terms of training delivery, you will be conducting both classroom and virtual training sessions for employees and new hires, focusing on building essential skills and knowledge. Your teaching methods will vary, including lectures, discussions, case studies, simulations, and role-playing activities, catering to diverse learning styles and ensuring student retention. You will be responsible for regularly updating training materials to reflect changes in industry regulations, policies, and best practices. Maintaining an organized repository of training resources for easy access by participants and fellow trainers will also be crucial. Additionally, you will develop assessment tools such as quizzes, exams, and practical exercises to gauge participants" understanding, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. Monitoring participants" progress throughout the training program, offering additional support as needed, and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness will be part of your role. Continuous improvement of training programs to align with evolving industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes is essential. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of your role, requiring you to work closely with HR, managers, and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational goals and expectations. Effective communication with participants to address queries and concerns will also be critical. For this role, a Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is required, with a Master's degree being a plus. You should have proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in the BFSI sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry operations, products, and services. Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in using training tools and software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. Certification in adult education, training, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and respond to changing training needs.,
