Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Financial Services)
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media & references
Conduct initial interviews and align shortlisted profiles
Follow-up with candidates for interview schedules, feedback & joining
Maintain strong pipelines and closure targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-6 years of experience in
non-IT recruitment
, preferably in BFSI domain
Must be from a
recruitment consultancy / staffing background
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proactive, target-oriented & passionate about hiring
