· Own and lead strategic MarTech, CRM, and Loyalty initiatives for BFSI clients (including Banks, Mutual Funds, Fintech and Insurance firms).
· Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans aligned with client growth objectives and market trends.
· Build and grow strategic client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
· Drive new business development by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling pitches, and closing deals.
· Lead and participate in pitch presentations, solutioning, and proposal development for prospective clients.
· Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts by identifying whitespace opportunities and aligning additional services to client goals.
· Lead the design and execution of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize lifetime value.
· Collaborate with internal teams—Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, and CX—to ensure seamless execution and innovation.
· Monitor campaign and CRM program performance through data and analytics; derive insights to enhance strategy and execution.
· Leverage MS Excel and dashboard tools to analyze data trends and deliver clear, actionable business insights.
· Stay abreast of the latest trends in MarTech, CRM, Digital Transformation, and BFSI marketing.
· Identify and recommend new tools, platforms, and partnerships that add value to client solutions and differentiate Hansa Cequity.
· 7-10+ years of relevant experience in CRM, MarTech, Campaign Management, or Loyalty Programs within the BFSI domain.
· Proven track record in business development, client pitching, and revenue growth.
· Strong domain understanding of Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Financial Services.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
· Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and CLM frameworks.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
