Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and administer benefits programs, including pension plans, health insurance, and other employee benefits.

Analyze and interpret complex benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
