Benefits Analyst

You will:

• Serve as the company s primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees.
• Field employee benefit inquiries and escalations with vendors.
• Assist in annual plan renewal administration needs.
• Coordinate enrollments and terminations for our insurance policies.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits (new hire orientations, offboarding and general inquiries)
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements
• Ensure solid backend benefits management hygiene (plan and employee records management, as well as ensuring we meet timely compliance reporting requirements)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role.
• Strong customer service skills to assist our employees and ability to respond to all communications effective and in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Hungry to try new and creative approaches. We don t want traditional solutions, unless they happen to be the best ones. You know all the latest solutions and have a POV of their value
• Must be able to travel to office at least once a week to Bangalore office
• Must be able to work between the hours of 10:30 AM - 07:30 PM IST (subject to further overlap with North American timezone)
