The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our global benefits programs. Support the preparation of benefits budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance. Skills & Experience Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a strong focus on benefits in a global or multi-country environment. Proven experience in vendor management, ideally with a global benefits broker. Experience in benefits renewal cycles, benefits transitions, and international benefits compliance. Experience managing benefits in an employee benefits platform. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and HRIS reporting tools.
